At INXStore, we care about your experience and want to be as fair as possible. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for digital products purchased from our platform.

- Digital Products Are Usually Non-Refundable
1.1 Most of our digital products (like top-ups, game keys, gift cards, or subscriptions) are non-refundable because:
They are instantly delivered.
Once delivered, they cannot be returned or reused.
However, we do allow refunds in certain cases (see below). - When Can You Request a Refund?
You may request a refund in the following situations:
2.1 The product was not delivered after successful payment
2.2 The product was delivered incorrectly (wrong item, wrong amount)
2.3 The product is not working and we cannot fix or replace it
2.4 You were charged twice for the same order
2.5 You refused to accept delivery after the order was placed and processed
In case of a delivery refusal:
2.5.1 We may refund your payment, but we will charge a 10% processing fee
2.5.2 We also have the right to decline this type of refund if we believe it’s necessary - Refund Policy for Steam Games
We offer refunds for Steam games within 3 days only if:
3.1 You have played the game for less than 2 hours.
3.2 The refund is requested within 3 days of purchase.
3.3 The request follows Steam’s refund policy.
Note: Final approval depends on Steam’s own rules. - For Other Types of Refunds
For all other digital products, customers must:
4.1 Contact us within 3 days of delivery.
4.2 Clearly explain the reason and share proof if needed.
4.3 After 3 days, we may not accept refund requests. - When Refunds Are Not Allowed
We do not offer refunds if:
5.1 You change your mind after buying.
5.2 You gave wrong information during the order.
5.3 The product was used or delivered correctly.
5.4 You requested a refund after the allowed time (3 days). - How to Request a Refund
If you believe your case is valid, follow these steps:

6.2 Include your Order ID, Email, and Reason.
6.3 Attach screenshots or proof, if possible.
We will reply within 1–3 business days. - How Will I Get the Refund?
If your refund is approved:
7.1 The amount will be added to your INXWallet.
7.2 You can use it to buy other products or withdraw it (minimum withdrawal applies)
7.3 We do not provide direct cash refunds unless we decide to. - Mistaken Payments
If you accidentally sent a payment but didn’t place an order:
Contact us immediately with proof.
